Article 1 — Purpose
These general conditions govern product sales concluded on this site between [TO BE COMPLETED — company name], hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and any non-commercial individual, hereinafter referred to as "the Client." Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered are those featured on the site on the day of consultation, within the limits of available stock. Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only; minor variations in shade or finish do not constitute a defect in conformity.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Delivery fees, where applicable, are indicated before final order validation. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order.
Article 4 — Order
The Client selects products, verifies their cart details, then validates their order. The sale is perfected upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Client.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or other methods offered during checkout. Payment data is processed by a secure provider and never transits through the Seller's servers.
Article 6 — Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Client. Delivery is free, with no minimum purchase, in mainland France.
Orders are shipped within 48 business hours after payment validation.
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code, delivery occurs no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded. Failing this, the Client may terminate the contract under the conditions provided for in Article L.216-6.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or incur penalties.
As a commercial gesture, the Seller extends this period to thirty days.
To exercise this right, the Client informs the Seller of their decision by an unambiguous declaration, sent to [TO BE COMPLETED — email address]. The product must be returned complete and in a condition allowing its resale. Reimbursement occurs within fourteen days following the recovery of the goods.
Article 8 — Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code, for a period of two years from delivery, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
Within the framework of the legal guarantee of conformity, the Client does not have to provide proof of the defect during the twenty-four months following delivery. They choose between repair and replacement, subject to the cost conditions of Article L.217-12.
Article 9 — Personal data
Collected data is necessary for order processing. Processing methods and Client rights are detailed in the privacy policy.
Article 10 — Mediation and disputes
In case of a complaint, the Client should first contact customer service. Failing an amicable solution, they may free of charge refer the matter to the consumer mediator designated in the legal notices, in accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code.
These conditions are subject to French law.
