Delivery
Free delivery, no minimum purchase required, anywhere in mainland France.
Your order is shipped within 48 business hours after payment validation. An email will confirm the dispatch of your package.
Damaged package or missing product
Please check the condition of the package upon receipt. In case of visible damage, make reservations with the carrier and notify us within three days, with photos to support your claim. We will replace the product at our expense.
Returns and refunds
You have a fourteen-day legal right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
We extend this period to thirty days.
How to proceed:

- We will send you the return address and instructions within 24 business hours.
- Return the complete product, in a condition allowing its resale.
- The refund will be issued within fourteen days of receipt, to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Regardless of the return period, all our products are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and by the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
If a defect appears within twenty-four months of delivery, you do not have to provide proof. Contact us, and we will handle the repair or replacement.
